Those who want to make the world a safer place must be prepared for everything. This is why we are constantly looking for new talent in business. In our main administrative office in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, we offer the following training programmes:
Training as an Industrial Manager (m/f)
Our trainees spend various blocks of time in different departments of our company such as Central Purchasing, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, Testing and Expertise.
Here, the trainees learn about the fundamental business and administrative processes and working with IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office. In order to strengthen independent teamworking skills, our trainees spend three months in our "junior company". Here, they receive internal jobs, decide on their acceptance or rejection and are responsible for their completion according to schedule.
Our trainees also participate in joint project work with other trainees.
Naturally, you also have to attend the technical college - block instruction takes place at the Louis-Leitz-Schule.
The training period lasts three years - but in cases of exceptional performance, you can reduce this by up to six months, however.

In the training, you'll learn about all of the fundamental business processes and training-specific tasks, in which you spend various blocks of time in different departments of our company, such as Central Purchasing, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, Testing and Expertise.
In order to strengthen your skills in the DEKRA team, you spend three months in our "junior company". Here, together with other trainees, you receive internal jobs, independently decide on their acceptance or rejection and are responsible for their completion according to schedule!
Naturally, you also have to attend the technical college - block instruction takes place at the Louis-Leitz-Schule.
