Naturally, we keep an eye on employees who demonstrate outstanding performance and are interested in further career prospects.
For this reason, our management originates almost exclusively from our own ranks. There are numerous career opportunities at DEKRA. At the corporate level, for example, you can become a technical specialist or manager in your special area. At the branch level, our managers have responsibility for departments or branches. If we recognise leadership potential, we offer our employees the chance to analyse their abilities and development needs at our internal assessment centre. Afterwards, we follow up with individual development measures and projects such as the international promotion programme in which participants can become familiar with all facets of the DEKRA Group and its various business areas and prepare thoroughly for future management tasks.
